Mind Body Relaxation Classes
Spend an hour learning with others how to calm your mind and relax your body. 

There are different forms of meditation and relaxation techniques.  It is not a one size fits all, find the one that is right for you and see the difference it makes in your overall health. 

Sheri Beth has been teaching meditation techniques and leading guided meditation for over 15 years.  She is a Certified Transformation Meditation instructor - (a yogic based meditation).

 Meditation for the Non Meditator

This class will focus on guided relaxation techniques for the body and mind.  Learn relaxation techniques you can use in everyday life.  This is a basic/intro class.

$45 for session
$15 drop in class rate

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to fill out paperwork.

Please meet at Schafer Chiropractic & Healing Spa 5 minutes prior to the start of classs.

Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as you will be on the floor and may get cold.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel AND a cusion or pillow.
