Skin and Lymphatic Detox and Steam Treatment (Udvartina-Swedna)
Udvartina is a deeply penetrating herbal paste lymphatic treatment. It is exfoliating and conditioning to the skin and a deeply cleansing treatment which presses stagnant lymphatic toxins out of the body. You will then relax on the table while a light tent is placed over you with your head staying out. Steam with special herbs is started and you are kept cool with an icepack wrapped around your neck.
